This is an EDENCOM Secure Relay apparently designed to receive telemetry from a local source and send it on to a remote station via an onboard fluid router.

It is possible the secure data storage buffer of this facility retains some data but recovery would no doubt require a deep and highly-intrusive retrieval scan.
